Our
statement
At Reelmedia, we are committed to upholding the highest ethical standards in all aspects of our work. As a values-driven production studio working exclusively with UN agencies and non-profit organisations, we recognise our responsibility to ensure that our operations and supply chains are free from modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking.
We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are dedicated to working only with suppliers, contractors, and partners who share our commitment to ethical practices. We conduct due diligence on our supply chains to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that those we work with adhere to fair labour standards, ethical employment practices, and international human rights principles.
Our procurement policies prioritise transparency, and we actively seek to engage with suppliers who demonstrate a commitment to fair wages, safe working conditions, and the protection of workers’ rights. We do not engage with organisations that exploit vulnerable individuals, and we expect our partners to uphold the same standards. If any concerns arise regarding unethical labour practices within our supply chain, we take immediate action, including terminating relationships with non-compliant suppliers.
Recognising that tackling modern slavery requires ongoing vigilance, we continuously review and strengthen our policies, staff training, and due diligence processes. By embedding ethical integrity into our operations, we aim to set a standard for responsible business practices in the media industry.
We remain committed to ensuring that our productions contribute to a just and equitable world, free from exploitation and forced labour.
