A global campaign to raise awareness, inspire action, and drive change for ocean preservation.
Reelmedia partnered with UNESCO and the UN Decade of Ocean Science to bring the GenOcean campaign to life. a Starting with a strategic communications plan, we crafted the campaign’s branding, messaging, and engagement strategy, ensuring maximum global impact. From there, we produced a suite of dynamic assets, including a dedicated website, engaging social media content, stunning videos, photography, and actionable toolkits.
The campaign launched with a high-profile virtual event, supported by mini-campaigns around key moments like World Ocean Day. Strategic partnerships with Adobe and The Ocean Agency, alongside collaborations with influencers such as Maya Gabeira and Alexis Rosenfeld, helped amplify its reach.
In just three months, GenOcean reached 3.1 million people across 39 countries, uniting a growing global community committed to protecting our oceans and shaping a legacy of action for the future.
